Chan is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators and The Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries. Ms. Chan has
more than 15 years' solid experience in regulatory compliance, corporate
governance and corporate secretarial matters of listed and non-listed
companies. Ms. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree from the Chinese University
of Hong Kong and a master’s degree in professional accounting and corporate
governance from the City University of Hong Kong.
