1. Ellen Xie's Profile简介
Ms. Ellen Xie, Managing Director
of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group, Lawyer admitted in China and California and
Lead Consultant of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group, (1) Has more
than 16 years’ work experience with several leading international and domestic
law firms and multi-national companies (including Fortune Global 500s) as
mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions as well as
labor legal consultant; (2) Acted as mediator at a national wide renowned
Shanghai district court mediation center; (3) Has good experience in providing
effective non-contentious dispute resolution solution to multinational companies;
(4) Has good experience in providing effective legal solution to foreign
companies with respect to outbound investment disputes; (5) Has records of
winning commercial arbitration at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade
Arbitration Commission / the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC)
when acting as respondent's counsel, civil litigation at court when acting
as claimant's counsel and labor arbitration at labor tribunal when acting as
respondent's counsel; (6) Has good experience in representing client
as respondent's counsel in commercial arbitration at the China
International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); and (7) Has
good experience in providing legal opinion for clients' outbound investment
and property purchase. Ms. Ellen Xie speaks both Chinese and

Ms. Trina Wang, Consultant of
Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group, graduated from Nanjing
Forestry University with LLB in Law, has experience in serving reputed companies in
compliance activity review and rich experience in advising US immigration
law.
Ms. Wang has passed PRC Bar. Ms. Wang speaks
both Chinese and English.

University in Australia. Ms. King has stayed in Australia
for more than 10 years and speaks native English.
