II. HUI XIAO International Elite Talent Learning Programs for High School and College Students  - JOIN US to Become Global Elites!

Hui Xiao's talent exchange and learning business unit since its incorporation has gradually grown into a professional cross-border cultural exchange and learning activity platform after years of development, has cooperated with and brought together international and national leading and senior professionals and practitioners as mentors, and has successfully organized and held both online and offline professional legal, compliance and ethics learning and exchange/networking activities on various topics for professionals from various industries and backgrounds (such as founders, directors, executives, management, 

business, operation, economics, law, compliance, finance, human resources, risk control, healthcare professionals/HCPs, etc.).

The program(s) are held regularly throughout the year either in China or out of China, and are open to high school and college students around the world (Requirements: 16 to 25 years old, of good character, with an IELTS score of 5.5 or above and regardless of nationality, race, religion, language or gender).  The program(s) aim to cultivate good young talents around the world to become future global elites integrating Chinese and Western cultures and with integrity and responsibility in various industries for the sustainable development of families and the society, and select suitable young talents to participate in the program(s) through interviews, with professional international lawyer serving as project leader and supervising mentor, who works with young talents participating in the program(s) to explore, excavate and motivate their own potential, discover shortcomings, augment knowledge, improve skills, navigate life direction, as well as establish and cultivate a correct outlook on life and values.
