Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group Forms Strategic Partnership with UN-1 Corporate Services Ltd

On 23 November 2018, Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group (“Hui Xiao”) formally forms a strategic partnership with UN-1 Corporate Services Ltd. (“UN-1”), a Hong Kong based company services company that provides company secretarial services in Hong Kong to listed and non-listed companies with its scope of services including company secretarial, compliance and company formation.  The strategic partnership enhances both parties’ capacities in providing company secretarial, compliance, company formation and training services to their respective clients in China and to better meet clients’ diversified business demands.
