On 8 December 2017 Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group and Ms. Ellen Xie (our lead consultant), were engaged to provide a “tailored-made” group legal training on the Judicial Interpretation 4 of the PRC Company Law for 2017 annual legal summit of Want-Want China Food Group, a leading large and diversified private-owned food company in China.  This annual corporate legal training was successfully completed with good quality and receives positive feedbacks from the client.
