Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a passion and not a fashion trend!

On 1 Setpember 2017, Ms. Ellen Xie, lead consultant of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group (“Hui Xiao”), paid an official visit to Inclusion Factory (Taicang Sino-German Handicapped Workshop), an entity that has international experience and talents in providing disabled adult people with good work opportunities, working environment and occupation training in Tai Cang City, Jiang Su Province.   Inclusion Factory was incorporated in 2014 and now has hired more than 15 disabled people, either physically or intellectually challenged.   The factory has achieved a significant success including recent obtaining of international ISO certifications for certain hand-made autoparts and other components.  Inclusion Factory has established good and trusted business cooperation with its clients including multinational automotive and other manufacturing clients.

Ms. Xie met and discussed with the Factory management team to understand the needs of the factory and its workers and also expressed Hui Xiao’s willingness to offer pro bono services to support the sustainable development of the Inclusion Factory.   The meeting was successfully concluded and aligned between the parties in respect of the initial pro bono cooperation.
