Dr. Wei Liu is a Professor in East China
University of Political Science and Law (“ECUPL”), Deputy Director of ECUPL’s Finance
and Tax Law Research Center, and Post-doctor and PhD in Economics of Shanghai
University of Finance and Economics. He
also acts as the Committee Member of Academic Commission of ECUPL, the Committee
Member of China Society of Industrial Economics Association, and the Committee
Member of Shanghai Non-State-Owned Enterprise Economics Research Association. Dr. Liu’s specialized research areas include
Public Fiscal and Anti-Monopoly Law and is an author of numerous articles in
anti-monopoly law. Dr. Liu speaks Chinese.
2. Ellen Xie's Profile
Ms. Ellen Xie, Lead Consultant of Shanghai
Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group, Lawyer admitted in China and California, has
more than 14 years’ working experience with leading international and domestic
law firms and Global 500 companies as mergers & acquisitions, corporate and
commercial as well as labor legal consultant, and acted as mediator at a
national wide renowned Shanghai district court mediation center. Ms. Xie
has good experience and records in dispute resolution (in particular, conciliation,
mediation, commercial arbitration and labor arbitration). Ms. Xie
speaks both Chinese and English.
3. Sisi Li’s Profile
Ms.
Li, Paralegal of Hui Xiao, is currently a LLM candidate at University of
Liverpool after graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A degree in
Political Science. Ms. Li has been living and studying in the United
States of America for eight years. Ms. Li speaks both Chinese and
English.
