2. Ellen Xie's Profile
Ms. Ellen Xie, Lead Consultant of Shanghai Hui Xiao
Law Consulting Group, Lawyer admitted in China and California, has more than 14
years’ working experience with leading international and domestic law firms and
Global 500 companies as mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial as
well as labor legal consultant, and acted as mediator at a national wide
renowned Shanghai district court mediation center. Ms. Xie has good
experience and records in dispute resolution especially commercial
arbitration and labor arbitration. Ms. Xie speaks both Chinese and
English.
3. Rebecca Xiao’s Profile
Ms. Xiao, intern of Hui Xiao, is currently a LLB
candidate at East China University of Political Science and Law and has
