Ms. Kathy Hanna has worked globally throughout her career and has lived in France, Brail, the US and China (including Hong Kong). Based in Asia for over twenty years, Kathy brings practical solutions to the global people and organization challenges facing multinationals, particularly in emerging markets. She has been an advisor, management consultant and executive coach since 2006 when she established Ingenium Consulting Company, Ltd., a boutique international consulting firm focused on strategy execution, organization change and agility, leadership team development and executive coaching. Kathy previously held senior roles in human resources in Fortune 200 companies and was a Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Royal Philips Electronics. She also led teams in finance, treasury and government relations for other multinationals or financial institutions. She was a member of General Electric’s global merger and acquisition team while working as a consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and served as a key account leader for the Life Sciences market for Korn Ferry International Asia Pacific. Kathy's management experience, in-depth knowledge of emerging market countries, and extensive hands-on experience at global, regional and local levels also enable her to advise and effectively coach leaders and teams in different roles and locations. Kathy holds a masters degree from Columbia University and a bachelors degree from Dartmouth College. She is a keynote speaker for Meridian Resources' "Working in China" series and is a member of the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and the Global Coach Group networks, among others, and is a Certified Chair and China Co-Chair of the Advisory Board Centre.
