Since November 2022, the Compliance team of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Consulting Group led by Ellen Xie (lead consultant and lawyer admitted in China and the United States) has participated in and assisted with the drafting of the 2022 Annual Legal Report on Global Digital Developments in Culture and Entertainment Sector which is an annual project led by the Second Session Foreign Affairs Committee of the Beijing Entertainment Law Society.

On 9 Feb 2023, the 2022 Annual Legal Report on Global Digital Developments in Culture and Entertainment Sector, 97 pages in total, covers major regulatory developments, and hot-spot issues, events and cases in the global cultures and entertainment market and different countries in 2022 such as NFT, Digital Products, Metaverse, Web3.0 and Data Security etc.
