Cindy Cheng has over 10 years of experience in legal and corporate fiduciary services. She began her career with a Hong Kong based law firm. Thereafter, she worked in listed company in UK briefly before relocating to Shanghai working in an international offshore service provider, developing and managing the corporate and fiduciary services as well as the local teams. She has vast experience dealing with China market for over 8 years before relocating to HK in 2019. She works closely with intermediaries such as law firms, accounting firms, private bankers as well as end clients for worldwide corporate and trust structuring work. Cindy has a LLB in Law and LLM in Commercial law, both in UK, she is also a qualified Trust Estate Practitioner (TEP) with STEP.

She has good experience in providing effective legal and compliance solutions to multinational companies in various industries, wealth creators and riches in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, compliance, labor and employment, data protection, intellectual property and dispute resolution, etc.
