EXPERIENCE: 

(1) Over 15-year experience in international arbitration in complex contractual disputes, both at a first-rate US law firm and at the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) Secretariat (sectors: construction, energy and mining, pharmaceuticals), under both civil and common law systems;  (2) Over 5-year experience in complex international and domestic litigation; (3) 2-year experience in the drafting and negotiation of international contracts; (4) Dispute resolution experience for serving court and law firm in Argentina as well as top US, UK and French law firms; (5) experience working with litigation funders.

(1) Has more than 16 years’work experience with several leading international and domestic law firms and multi-national companies (including Fortune Global 500s) as mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions as well as labor legal consultant; (2) Acted as mediator at a national wide renowned Shanghai district court mediation center; (3) Has good experience in providing effective non-contentious dispute resolution solution to multinational companies; (4) Has good experience in providing effective legal solution to foreign companies with respect to outbound investment disputes; (5) Has records of winning commercial arbitration at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission / Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) when acting as  respondent's counsel, civil litigation at  court when acting as claimant's counsel and labor arbitration at labor tribunal when acting as respondent's counsel; (6) Has good experience in representing client as respondent's counsel in commercial arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); and (7) Has good experience in providing legal opinions and solutions for clients' outbound or cross-border investment, property purchase and family law disputes.
